Northumbria in Bloom runs a campaign every year to recognise, encourage and reward community groups and organisations who work together to transform their village, town or city through gardening, environmental awareness and community support.
Stanley Town Council has been part of this campaign for a number of years now improving our entries year on year until in 2023 we achieved Gold Award status. We work with over 40 partners supporting them to deliver their entries, helping them to transform and improve their village and create beautiful spaces for all to enjoy.
